"I had been with them for almost 22 years, since I got my driver license. Then they decided to give my husband and I the run around about house insurance. We don't have a garage and they didn't like that we have a refrigerator under our back porch roof. As we were trying to get things figured out, they specifically did not mention to my husband, who was the main person Linda was communicating with, about the roof needing to be cleaned by a professional instead of DIY. I am unemployed and we can't afford to pay for someone to do the roof for us. They mentioned this a few days after the insurance was lapsed, but they did not mention this date to my husband. Due to this we pulled all our insurance from them."

"I have had an absolutely horrible experience with this Statefarm office. The communication here is abysmal! I was misled and baited into paying a bill that I didn’t even owe just to keep my policy active. After being assured by the representative (Ashley/Linda) that I would be refunded for this unnecessary payment, it's been months, and nothing has been returned. I’ve emailed/call multiple times, but all I get is broken promises and no one takes accountability. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing to deal with such unprofessional service. I would NOT recommend this office to anyone looking for reliable and honest insurance coverage. Consider a different Statefarm office"
